The Korean manager added a comedic element to the game when he came out with an interpreter to argue a close call.
The play was a rundown and the argument was whether the runner got out of the baseline.
But it was great to see this for the first time in my life. It goes to show how a wonderful game can bring together cultures who may not always be the friendliest towards one another and celebrate a great international tournament. It also makes you realize how global the game of Baseball has become and how many different cultures appreciate the game and all its intricacies.
